Boatnbits Online Business provides customers a convenient and secure online shopping experience.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using the secure online MasterCard and Visa transaction facility via paypal. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.

You will be asked to register as a member of Boatnbits’s store to purchase from this site. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. You can at any time un-register your membership without reason.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and include GST (10% goods & service tax). Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Stormfield Pty Ltd T/A Boatnbits reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Ordering Procedure

We want your shopping online with us to be an enjoyable experience. Once you have placed an order with Boatnbits you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Orders received prior to 2.00pm W.S.T. (Mon - Fri) will be sent that day, if we cannot fill your order (eg: out of stock ) we will contact you immediately to discuss the order, so please make sure you have given us contact details where we can reach you any time during working hours, this will avoid any delays with your order. Once the order has been packed we will send you an email confirming postage details. If you do not receive an email within 2 days please contact us to make sure we have your correct contact details.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Boatnbits reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully as Boatnbits does not refund if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice. This is subject to your statutory rights. Boatnbits will offer an exchange or store credit (less any freight charges) within 10 days of purchase, if the items are unused and in new condition. Store credit is valid for a period of six (6) months.  All freight costs will be met by the purchaser for the return of goods unless the goods are damaged in transit to the purchaser. In this case, the freight of the goods back to Boatnbits will be met by Boatnbits.

Warranty Claims

We pride ourselves on giving our customers excellent back up service and will try our hardest to resolve any genuine warranty claim. You must contact us for all warranties, faults or returns prior to the return of any stock. This way we will be able to advise you of the most efficient way of handling your warranty claim. When asked to send product back to us please attach details of purchase, return address, contact phone number, and problem so there is no confusion.

All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The period of warranty is 12 months from purchase. You must have proof of purchase from Boatnbits to make a warranty claim. If you have lost your receipt we might have a copy in store but we cannot guarantee this.
